The power of the unconscious mind

Yesterday morning, on one of those dreadul fake news interview shows, Alabama Senator Jeff Sessions said the most amazing thing. In praising Senator Joe Lieberman, Sessions said that all of the Democrats had voted for the war, but Lieberman had gone on to actively support it, and that "he has supported the president, who was elected this time."

Doubtless, what Sessions thought he meant was probably something like "elected without a court case," but it was a hell of a slip.

Of course, he wasn't elected this time, but that doesn't appear to bother anyone.

I also saw the same show and that was quite something. This morning, I looked at the web site for the show and attempted to look at the PDF document of the show. It took me to the main page for the news organization. It did not take long for the RNC to get that document taken off the web.

I attempted to send them an email about the missing PDF file and got a file not found error on the screen. My, they have closed off communications, haven't then. This is CBS.

The same thing happened to the horrid pics of Barbara Bush after Prince Charles' visit. They disappeared from Getty Images and now you can only find them if you do a blog search.

Hmmmm.....

I went to the Face the Nation website and the PDF document for the 12/11 show is not available. Guess what. Part of the interview with Senator Sessions is missing. I'll let you gues which part.
