I know this is a difficult concept for you, but we're in the 21st Century. There are women in Congress, too; they're not all "Congressmen." Try to accept this.
Congressman and Congresswoman have always been terms used in place of Representative. That is nothing new. Congressman, Congresswomen, and Congresspeople can refer to everyone, including senators. It really doesn't take much to make it non-sexist.

When did we replace the useful term "Representative" with the too-broad and sexist "Congressman"? Are Senators also part of congress?
