Yesterday, C-Span celebrated the new year by showing the internment ceremony for Ronald Reagan, because, tell me, how can you possibly see it enough times? Listening to how Reagan used to sit at SAG meetings and play with William Holden's earlobes probably led me to effect a premature opening of the sparkling wine.

Frankly, I take comfort in the comfirmation that the SOB is dead. They should re-run the Nixon funeral often for the same reason. The only thing that would make me feel better about seeing both ceremonies repeatedly would be if they had been open casket so I could see the stakes that had been driven through their thieving, lying, treasonous hearts.
I don't hold a grudge. No not me. Unh-uh.
