Another day, another hat trick

How convenient, all around, to trash the budget for the reconstruction of Iraq. It allows the administration to be la-de-da about its promise to Iraq, which, you'll recall, needs reconstructing because we blew it up. And it takes away one of the major arguments we in the Gulf Coast have: How can you rebuild Iraq and not rebuild Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama?
